- 35ml Copper Republic Bourbon Cask Finish Whisky
- 15ml Elderflower Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 2 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Top Ginger Beer
- Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime and an edible flower
