- 35ml Copper Republic Honeybush Wood Finish Brandy
- 50ml Cream
- 50ml Condensed Milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon and a rooibos syrup infused cherry
- Garnish with a cinnamon dust and shortbread crumble
